Dr. Meredith Hodges passion for health and wellness has been ingrained in her roots. Growing up, Dr. Hodges was raised in an active, health conscious family. Dr. Hodges competed in swimming, ski racing and paddling. Her passion for health and wellness continued into her studies.
She studied Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University attaining a Degree in Honours Kinesiology, graduating in the class of 2005. She decided to pursue a career in the health field and furthered her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto for 4 years, graduating as a Doctor of Chiropractic in the class of 2009. During the course of her education she also studied Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University. Her interest in health and wellness led her to study sport specific personal training attaining CSCS (Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist) certification and become an Active Release Technique provider. She believes that physical activity is the key to the prevention of illness. Her drive for physical activity and motivation for health and wellness have led her to where she is today…ready to take your health into her hands and help you to… Live well and Love life!
Dr. Meredith Hodges is the owner of Dalhousie Health and Wellness. A multidisciplinary clinic located in the heart of beautiful Port Dalhousie, St. Catharines. The health team consists of an RMT, Naturopath and Chiropractor.

Dr. Hodges approach is very different from what most people perceive as chiropractic care. After a chronic 4 year running related injury, it was a combination of Active Release Technique, Chiropractic and Medical Acupuncture that proved to be successful in treating her injury. This injury shaped the way that she practices today. Dr. Hodges uses a combination of techniques including ART, chiropractic, medical acupuncture and corrective exercises in each individualized treatment plan. Every patient is different and every patient’s needs differ. Dr. Hodges is ready to tackle your specific individual needs and create a custom and individualized program of care to suit your specific health concerns.
