Form Fitness 10 Week Training Camp

FormFitness_TrainingCampDr. Hodges (Chiropractor and Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist) created Form Fitness to help motivate and promote physical activity.  Form fitness training camps focus on training people for the real world.  Most people who workout spend hours in the gym lifting in an inefficient and dangerous way that can actually cause injury.  By training smarter, people can achieve their fitness goals while actually preventing injury.   For those that don’t exercise, this program will teach you proper technique, and how to safely incorporate physical activity in to your life.

This 10 week training camp will leave you energized and motivated to implement or ramp-up your home based training program.  After 10 weeks of camp you will walk away a few pounds lighter and feeling super-charged to add a home based fitness plan in to your life.   Shape- up and change your form with Form Fitness!

Learn to Run – Let’s Get Started Clinic

Ladies only running/walking clinic is designed for the novice, beginner and intermediate runner. It will prepare you for the RunGirlRun mock 5km Run through the beautiful streets of Port Dalhousie.
